We offer several shipping options to ensure that you receive your package according to your desired timeframe. Please note that the delivery times below are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Same Day Order Processing as of 6:00PM (GMT-8:00 Los Angeles)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)
We do not ship to countries outside the United States at this time.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@Dodside.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, initiate a claim on your behalf.

Delivery and tracking of goods

• You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our local warehouse.
• For FedEx/UPS/DHL deliveries, you will receive tracking information in an email.

Out-of-delivery time

• Subject to weather or other, international shipping may be delayed. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@Dodside.com  and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Incorrect shipping address

• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, a $7.99 re-delivery fee will be charged.
